Nina Ylinampa

Originally from Finland, Nina brings years of experience in international sales and business, a Master’s degree in Business and a real estate qualification from Spain. Having lived in several countries and speaking five languages fluently, she understands how personal a move or property decision can be. She starts by listening: what are you hoping for, what matters most, and what would make the next step feel right? For buyers, that means finding a home that suits their life. For sellers, it means bringing out what makes their property special and connecting with the right buyers. Combining her knowledge of Marbella and the surrounding areas with her local network, Nina offers thoughtful advice, clear communication and a familiar person to turn to throughout the purchase or sale.
Louis Nguyen
Co-founder & Partner
Louis is French, born in Vietnam and raised and educated in France. He holds a business degree in finance, speaks four languages fluently and brings experience in trading, investment and property ownership, having started investing in property at an early age. With knowledge of the markets in Málaga, Dublin and Paris, he understands that a property decision involves both practical considerations and personal hopes. Louis takes time to hear the full story, whether you’re looking for a home, considering an investment or preparing to sell. He helps buyers weigh up their options and sellers think through pricing, presentation and offers. Approachable and straightforward, he believes trust grows through honest conversations, careful listening and being there when a question or decision needs attention.
