Nina and Louis combine international business experience, multilingual service and local property knowledge. We take time to understand each buyer’s priorities and keep you informed, so you can refer with confidence.
We cover Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, Benahavís, Estepona, San Pedro de Alcántara and Sotogrande.

We manage the property search
We shortlist properties, arrange viewings and support negotiations, coordinating with your client’s independent advisers throughout the purchase.
Receive your referral fee
Once the purchase is complete, we pay your referral fee in line with our agreement.
