Town life
Estepona's centre has flower-lined streets, plazas and a seaside promenade. The old town, marina and beaches give buyers several different ways to spend a day without leaving the municipality.
Beyond the centre
The Estepona coastline includes a broad range of apartment communities and villa neighbourhoods. Some are close to the town centre; others sit much farther east or west. A listing's municipality name alone will not tell you whether you can walk to shops or need a car.
What to compare
Start with your preferred balance of town life, beach access and privacy. Check the exact location, orientation, surroundings and travel times, then visit more than once if you can. That often makes the choice clearer than a long list of amenities.
